What camera do you use?
I have and use many different cameras though I am not a particularly technical photographer.  Lately I am working the most with 35mm cameras- a Nikon FM2A and an Olympus Stylus Epic.  I recently shot a project underwater using a Nikonos III.

What is your favourite filmstock?
For a long time I used Kodak Tri-X but recently I have been shooting with whatever is the least expensive to buy which mostly means Ilford HP5.  I like Ilford Delta 3200 a lot too.  To be honest, I am no longer very particular.

For the photos submitted, why are they your favourite?

The first image is from a new project titled Boutilier Marine.  I think it is very beautiful and enigmatic image and it is one that has been in my thoughts since first seeing it on a contact sheet in the fall.  It is also an image that was a long time in the making as it documents eight toy pond boats that I made over the course of several months.  I like that so much time and preparation went into making such a haphazard and ephemeral image.  The middle image is an old photograph of a macquette for a failed project.  I have been thinking about the failure of that project and ways to resurrect it so this image has been in my thoughts.  The last image documents another pond boat called the black nance that I made for an earlier project.  The little model boat is at a particularly beautiful stage in its construction before paint.  Somehow, to me, this image reveals more beauty and truth in respect to the physicality of the boat and its lines than the boat itself.
