1) What camera do you use?
My favourite is my second-hand Olympus OM-10, but I occasionally switch it up with Canons inherited from my dad like the AE-1 and less manual EOS 500. I also shoot a lot on disposables, and I do love my Fujifilm Instax (but reserve it for when I'm feeling rich).
2) What is your favourite filmstock?
The lab I normally use gives a free roll of whatever's going with every roll developed, which has led me to be rather unadventurous - but I do love trying the dying breed of own-brand film from drugstores in different countries. This summer I really enjoyed shooting a lot of Fujfilm Superia 400, which I think is a great all-rounder and produces fantastic tones. And I always feel you can't go too far wrong with anything Ilford.
3) For the photos submitted, why are they your favourite?
I think that at the core of great photography is the ability to take an engaging photograph of an ordinary thing. For me, these photos exhibit two of the things I value the most in my own photography; an eye for detail, and the awesome power of great light.
